This session is for all new clients and will have an assessment to establish a baseline, we will also perform Corrective bodywork to begin the process. Post session we will discuss the frequency and length of treatment plans.

Corrective Bodywork is a focused therapeutic approach that addresses the body’s structural imbalances and movement restrictions.
These injury-specific (such as shoulder, elbow, hand, glute, hip, IT band, knee, foot, etc.) sessions are geared toward reducing inflammation, increasing range of motion, reducing pain levels and establishing a baseline for future treatment. This will allow us to graduate to our repatterning phase.
This will be a more comprehensive session to restore full-body function. We will work in various positions, and the client may be asked to wear appropriate viewing clothes for ease of movement in session.
