At Reactivate Bodywork, we value your time as well as the time of our practitioners. To ensure fair scheduling for all clients, please review our cancellation policy prior to booking an appointment:
1: Cancellations & Rescheduling (48+ Hours Notice)
· You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge if notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance via text. Please include your full name in the message.
2: Late Cancellations (Within 24–48 Hours)
· Appointments canceled within this window are subject to a $45 cancellation fee.
3: Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows
· Existing clients who cancel on the same day or fail to show up without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee, which must be paid prior to booking any future sessions.
· First-time clients who fail to show up without notice will be permanently ineligible to schedule future appointments with Reactivate Bodywork.
4: Excessive Cancellations
· Clients with three (3) or more cancellations in a single month may be asked not to return, as this significantly disrupts our scheduling process and limits availability for other clients.
